I devoured this story in one sitting. It s a story involving a frustrated librarian stumbling upon a reader who spent the night in her library. Naturally, she rips into him, while engaging in a one-way monologue – full of sharp wit and insight. We don t know anything about the reader, his name or even whether he is a man or a woman. All we know is from the librarian. She is both the narrator and the main character of this delightful story. I couldn t stop smirking and agreeing with some of her remarks. Very relatable. Not a dull sentence in sight. If you like short stories and the lack of chapters don t bother you, then you should give this a try. Absolutely, brilliantly written.
